What we believe

Our Mission Statement: To invest in people and help business grow

We believe we are here to serve this mission. We are here to help whether you are a current customer or a future one.

Weekly Postcards is dedicated to being an economical, full service, weekly postcard marketing company. Our goal is to serve our customers in a way that makes their lives easier. We focus on bringing marketing strategies that target your ideal customers with easy to understand campaign packages.

How we can help

We are focused on weekly mailing campaigns at weekly prices.  When you partner with us, you receive start to finish campaigns all under one roof.  Our marketing manager will lead you effortlessly through the process. We plan, copy write, design, set up your mailing schedule, print, address, apply postage, fill out required postal paperwork and deliver it to the post office.

How we got here

Weekly Postcards was created from BAU Print and Mail Inc., which was founded in 1998 to assist Advisors, Attorneys, Insurance Agents and Accountants in growing their businesses through the use of seminar marketing.  Nick Svab, president of BAU Print and Mail Inc., knew there was a large part of the business community we were not effectively serving.  Out of the desire to serve the larger community, Weekly Postcards was born. We are located in the seaside town of Wilmington, North Carolina and occupy a 5,000 square foot facility which has the ability to print and mail to anywhere within the United States.

What we do when we are not working

Our staff is experienced, dedicated and hardworking both at the office and at home.  When outside of work, we enjoy time with our families, sports, recitals, fishing, surfing, sailing, running, swimming, cycling, volunteer work, motorcycles, dirt bikes, DIY household projects, yard work, crafting/art, stained glass making, and of course, days at the beach.

I was born and raised in Trumbull, CT and studied at Sacred Heart University and Roanoke College.  I have been a business owner since 1998 and I've worked in direct mail and marketing since 2010. In addition to running two companies, I also sit on the board of directors as Co-Chair for the award winning Greater Wilmington Area Postal Customer Council.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids, running ultra marathons, biking and hanging at the beach.

I am originally from Rochester, NY and studied at the State University Of New York at Potsdam College.  I moved to Raleigh, NC shortly after school and fell into the copy and print industry.  I worked my way up the management ladder because I love helping clients achieve their goals, overseeing operations, problem solving and working through challenges in every facet of my life.  In my spare time, I have dabbled for over 25 years as a stained glass artist and every chance I get, I am on the water fishing.

Hometown Hughesville, MD wahoo!!!  Well...until leaving to pursue my passion and study Fine Art at Columbus College of Art. I have enjoyed a career in graphics and the fine art field for over 25 years. After bouncing around in towns like Boston, MA and Kenansville, NC. I have made Wilmington, NC my new hometown. In my free time, I enjoy drawing and painting as well as spending time with my wife and kids.

I was born in NY and have worked in the printing business for 39 years. Over the years, I have operated all types of presses, printing equipment, bindery equipment and continue to enjoy seeing ink turn into art. In my free time you might find me walking my dog on the beach, working on my jeep and tinkering in the yard.

The Badger State – Go Bucky – is where I come from, a little town called Osceola.  Growing up in a small Midwestern town has shaped much of my character and my outlook on life.  Work hard, play hard, and do right by your fellow man.  I moved to Wilmington in 2006 after picking up two college degrees in business to be closer to family and to work in my brother’s printing business; and to be closer to the ocean.  There’s salt water in my veins.  In my spare time I get a charge from sailing my 16’ Hobie Cat, working with my hands on miscellaneous projects, and singing in a local choral group.  There’s always time to help others, too.
